Decent low end vehicle

Several issues with the brand, but given that it's a low end vehicle, those are to be expected. Very unhappy with dealerships charging over MSRP. We were in a head on collision that totalled our previous vehicle, and were pretty much over a barrel- and the dealership took full advantage of it.

2023 Tuscan Meh

Gas mileage was a lie. Plus other issues. The audio controls are backwards and are not convenient to use. The wireless charger is ridiculously slow and very inconveniently located. There is something inside the doors that will scratch off your tint. I don’t have any kids or anyone to drop anything in there to scratch it. It’s in the same spot on both sides. The dealership isn’t much help and is very inconvenience as well. They didn’t care about my safety and also let me drive my car off the lot after not completing my oil change correctly that lead to me being stranded on the road out of town. Had to wait for a tow truck for two hours in the cold because I didn’t feel safe waiting on the side of the road while all the 18 wheelers wizzed passed me on the side of the road. I will never buy another Hyundai.

The car has had the engine replaced with only 1,400 mile on it.

We had to buy this vehicle when our Santa Fe had major engine problems. But thew Tucson is under powered and with only 1,400 miles on it the engine siezed up and had to be replaced. We were happy with our experience with Santan Hyundai in Gilbert AZ. The the dealer in Billings MT where the engine was repalaced were not helpful as all and I will not buy from that dealership

Looks Great, Fuel Economy wasn't what was promised

Great looking car inside and out. Fuel economy being quite lower than expected based on the sticker is the only disappointment but it is a biggie for a hybrid. The 37 mph promised isn't the 25-30 mph that I actually am able to get.

Great car!

This car has more room than I thought. It drives like a dream and is so quiet. The speaker clarity us great. And it looks amazing. This is a great family car. The only thing I do not like is the feature that shuts down the engine while stopped. If I wanted to do that I would turn the car off. There is a button to turn it off, but you have to turn it off every dang time you crank the car.

Sporty

Nice car with many bells and whistles. Luxury interior, with plenty of space in both the front and rear. The display is a bit tricky as it is touch and that is hard to do sometimes when driving. A bit jerky sometimes when shifting, but otherwise a fun ride. The headlights at night are horrible. They are so far into the body that the light gets cut off so you take turns basically blind.

Great package that is a little under powered

The interior and exterior styling are great! The technology is very, very good. But, the fuel economy is a little underwhelming--as is the power. This is a very good daily driver, but not if you NEED rapid acceleration on a regular basis.

No sound after 2 weeks

The overall vehicle is nice. Sound system went out after 2 weeks. Waited for service appointment 1 week. Ordered part, another 2 weeks, and now not sure when part will arrive. Now questioning if the part will work. Not sure why cannot take part off new vehicle. NOT HAPPY!!

Great, not perfect

My 2023 Hyundai Tucson purchased 9/2022 cost about $40,000. Car has many of the latest features and excellent warranty. It rides nice/smooth. Gas mileage and engine response/pickup okay but could be better. Only a couple of minor annoyances. 1st "Driving Assist" button (manual Speed Limit Assist) sticks out and should be recessed to avoid accidental engagement. 2nd Not all settings default to LAST USED, some are the manufacturer’s preference. Bottom line: good car, good value.

I like the Tucson!

My vehicle was referred to as Macguyver by a passenger because of all the features! The blind assist features are mind blowing to people driving older vehicles. My favorite about the Tucson is the shape.

Nice vehicle

Radio issue. Should have been addressed before delivery. Apparently a silent recall . Disappointing it was not corrected before delivery when Hyundai knew of the issue. Very disappointed I have to be without a radio and navigation system

Design issues

The front seats are uncomfortable (hard material). The gear shifter is in the way of the lower compartment. The console is placed too far back between the front seats. The passenger windshield wiper doesn't lift high enough to clean under without hitting the hood.

ok car but NO AUDIO

HAVE TO FIX several issues i recommended for the car to work!! THEY NEED to fix the wind driving issues major problems on audio and navigation system as well the AWD should be placed permanently and and work!!

Now I have to do a 200 word essay over my new car??? Who am I a editor for Hyundai or what? This has been more like almost a hour, you hit submit, and now its asking for no less then 200 words. Its a great car aside of some quirks.

It's sporty and cute... I bought this out of a need for practicality..I'm still trying to fall in love with it..the driver assist should not automatically be engaged.. I have to disengage every time I turn the car on....the sound quality with the speaker..kinda lame.... overall I like the vehicle..just not in love with it yet

Car is loud inside cabin

I liked my Sante Fe but this car has more safety features. This Tucson has no acceleration loud cabin noise and needs to have better design of wheels. The Sante Fe had great looking wheels. Just couldn't afford to lease a new Sante Fe

Hyundai impressed me

I called this car Shade, because she is so shady. I had a Lincoln previously, and every time I look around shade is saying, see your Lincoln did have this on it and she was more expensive. Me and shade are going to get along fine.

This car has a lot of safety and driving features. Exterior styling is awesome and interior is plush. Could use more engine power and better gas mileage. Infotainment system is hard to get use. Dealer should provide some training.

Good vehicle for the money. The experience at the dealer was good. The warranty on the vehicle was the main reason for my purchase. I traded in. 2017 Tucson and enjoyed that vehicle So I purchased a newer model.
