Great ride for price

I've owned two other Hyundai vehicles and traded one for my Tucson. I enjoy Hyundai value and the many extras for a good price. Like them so much my Husband and I Purchased a 2024 Santa cruz back in September thru Hyundai Finance. Great price and interest.

Great style and very good gas milage, around +31 M.P.G. Very comfortable on longer trips. Very impressed with ALL the safety features, and the assisted driving feature in a great feature. No issues at this time.

Not happy about being told I had 3 year complimentary maintenance when I do not.

While I am happy with my vehicle, I do not appreciate being deceived by telling me that I have 3 year complimentary maintenance when I actually do not. I will never recommend nor buy another Hyundai again for that reason.

Very safe

Vehicle was totaled in an accident. The safety features kept us from having any serious injuries. We had seatbelt and impact injuries. The sos called emergency services for us. 10/10 get this vehicle!

Too many issues early on

Looks more modern and stylish than competitors but things already not working well (oil leak, rear door latch issues, handle sensors inconsistent, weird stuffing coming out of windshield, weird jolting went accelerating).. I am anxious about what more problems I will be facing if these things are already not working well.. wanted to try out new brand but am kind of disappointment in my experience so far.. sad to not have faith in my car already

Not my favorite car

I am disappointed that there is a knocking noise that no one can seem to fix. My car was in the shop for 2 months after purchase. I thought it was resolved but the noise is back. I drive very high miles and was hopeful a hybrid was a good option. I just don’t feel the quality is up to par.

Good

Very good- I only use about 10% of my Tucson's ability. You need seminars to be presented at the dealership. This would have use more of the vehicle and like it better. Also the manual show be specific for a vehicle i.e. Limited.

Lots of mic features , easy to drive and looks natural ce.

The car is excellent, howevet, if you’re not familiar with new technology, it can be difficult to learn without someone showing you how to use the navigation system. I am still very satisfied with the car.

Had a very good experience test driving and purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Tucson from Holler Hyundai in Winter Park Florida in November 2022

I purchased my Tucson to replace a 16+ year old Mercedes Benz sedan. After reading about the features, reliability, safety and price range of the Tucson, I was satisfied enough that I chose to test drive it at a local dealership that has been in the automotive business for decades. I got excellent service there, got to test drive the car I chose, and I found that it met my needs of reliability, safety features, comfort, maintenance package availability, gas mileage, vehicle size and styling.

I would recommend the car do not really understand the question runs good looks good really like the car would purchase another one you are really asking too much change the hood where it would open better change the gas cap straighten out the service department so the oil change will not happen again

Not that impressed

I had high hopes on his car being something I love for next 10 years. Sadly, it's fallen short for me. Gas mpg is NOT accurately advertised. If you are considering this for saving on fuel, consider how much your monthly payment will cost like it's additional gas prices. So I'm not really saving at this time, which was my goal.

Extremely happy with all aspects of this purchase

I needed a reliable car, first and foremost. This car has exceeded all of my expectations. It looks really magnificent, inside and out. I also test drove the Santa Fe, but selected the Tucson. I am very happy with this hybrid’s performance.

I was a good purchase

I was expecting better gas mpg. The battery does not stay on enough to increase the mpg.The cameras seem to get dirty quickly, making the lane system to function improperly. Not having a spare tire, makes me feel uncomfortable, while driving. I have always had a spare, this is the first time I haven't had one.

SEL model has a good mix of features for the price.

8k miles into this vehicle and really enjoying it so far. The engine could be a bit more robust but the gas mileage is a nice trade off. The ride is solid and the features in the SEL model are good. The seats are above average and the storage is adequate. Wish the rear seating had better reading lights on the sides. The front dash finishes are good but not amazing. I could do without the fabric trim on the dash and wish the ambient lighting was better but overall the styling is solid.

Fun and stylish

The only reason I would not purchase this hybrid vehicle again is the obnoxiously loud reverse beeping. It’s highly embarrassing and can be heard inside our home and our neighbors homes. Otherwise; happy with purchase, but the reverse noise is enough to not buy another one for our second teen.

LOVE my Tuscon

I love everything about my Tuscon. I feel safe and comfortable when I drive my Tuscon. She is very reliable. Warranty can't be beat. Great gas mileage. She is my second Tuscon and I highly recommend Hyundai.
