Very enjoyable, informative and pleasant

It was very easy to purchase this vehicle. The salesman was helpful and well-informed and did not attempt to be pushy at all. He was a pleasure to meet and have dealings with. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole buying process. My brother and sister-in-law have owned at least two Hyundais in the past and have been very pleased with them. They live in Tucson and drive across the country several times a year and are always very pleased with their driving experiences. I look forward to the same. As a matter of fact, my mother (who is 96) and I drove to Florida two days after we purchased the vehicle and we’re very impressed with the gas mileage and the ease of driving. I may even venture out and try to drive her to North Carolina in the fall to see another brother of mine. I must say that the air conditioning unit has been outstanding and really helps me out when I’m trying to get my Mom situated in the vehicle in this heat. I’m looking forward to the fall when I can test out the heating features but believe I’ll wait on that for right now! In summary, I truly look forward to driving this car and am very pleased with it.

Vehicle appears to be good quality after 1,600 miles. Dealership customer service lacking.

The Tucson appears to be good value at the price point compared to the Honda CRV Touring or the Toyota Rav4. The Tucson has many features I was not expecting for the price and option level. Configuration of all the features takes some time to support personal preferences.

Great experience at Atlantic Hyundai

Had a great experience at Atlantic Hyundai. Walked in to be greeted by happy smiling people who made us feel comfortable straight away. Quentin Kelly was our sales person who is quick and efficient and did all he could to make us happy and comfortable while we were there. Definitely will and have recommended Atlantic Hyundai to all !

Good vehicle. Interior build quality is suspicious.

Good engine to drive and get good MPG for how responsive it feels. Plenty of space. Trunk is massive and rear passengers will be very comfortable. Interior build quality is suspicious. Roof rattles from first week out. Extremely annoying (somewhat embarassing when I have passengers) and no idea how to fix it. Purchased brand new

great tucson

Great Quality excellent ride very quite good gas milage good stereo great ride infotanement ctr easy to operate. We are getting about 27 mpg average. The styling gets alot of head turners and people ask what it is. best car we have owned so far.

I had a bad experience at the dealership

This car gets poor fuel mileage my average is 130 miles a tank I wasn't treated well by the finance guy. And the sales manager brushes off people and has other people deal with the customer. The car was not cleaned The car had 200 miles on it so it was not new but it was sold as new I believe I was lied to about the price. There is dirt under the film of a window.

Great car, headlights are not

Overall, the vehicle is great! Biggest concern are the headlights. They are a great idea to act like fog lights and regular lights but the design is not perfect. I live out in the country so I get shadows on the road and it doesn't cover the right and left side closer to the car very well. I also think they are a little dark and could be brighter, but that could be the way they are situated on the car.

Leaky sunroof or front windshield, second time bringing it in to figure out. Clunky tranny. Rear camera stays on

Pretty car but not made well. Leak from sunroof or front windshiels. Taking it in a second time to try to get an answer. The transmission is very clunky. The engine just sounds sad when accelerating. The rear camera has been staying on after I shift to drive. Looks great, but flawed.

Hyundai Driving Features Provide Safety and Comfort

Love the driver assist system, cruise control, all of the driving and safety features, and being able to monitor gas mileage. The EV system is wonderful as well and works great. The car is smart. Still have much to learn about the car, so the experience will get better over time. All this at a very good new car price.

Tucson

start stop system is stupid and should be able to turn it off and it stay off. Having to press the off button every time I get in the car is annoying and I almost didn't buy the car because of it. I hate that part of the car.

Should have stayed with the 2022

The handling, the fuel economy, and the lack of acceleration when the AC is on a minimal setting is a huge drawback to the 2023 model. You can get the Kona I would encourage you to get the Kona. You can get a 2022 Tucson go for it. Stay away from the 2023 model. It's going to cost you more in fuel, patience, possibly safety with the lag time with the acceleration when the air conditioner is set to low. Dreading the winter.

As I mentioned in the survey, the epoxy used inside the engine compartment (right underneath the window on both side) looks sloopy and unprofessional.

I had excellent service from the salesperson, he is knowledgeable and was not pushy, despite the news about the recall of the 2023 Tuscan electronic controller in the oil pumps (I have not officially received the recall notice). This is my third Hyundai, reliability is the number one concern, I hope I will not see melting components one day when I retrieved the car from the parking lot from work.
