Automobile decline

Info mat screen controls are a hazard. In bright sun, you cannot see small dimly lit on or off light. Windshield wipers are poor. stop/start terrible. Gas mileage is awful. Interior lock door button only works if doors are shut, cannot use when exiting. Drivers seat very uncomfortable on long drives. Startup screen asking for driver confirmation is ludicrous.

Great Gas Mileage!

This vehicle has been a delight! My only complaint is that the video dashboard/display is hard to read in daylight and the layout of the controls is not always optimal. (I consistently hit the seat heater by accident when adjusting the AC temperature.) Other than that it is a great value for the money. In particular, the gas mileage is incredibly good! We regularly get 33-35 mpg, even around town, and highway mileage is even better!

Wish I had purchased something else

This vehicle broke down a few weeks after I purchased it. Shifter mechanism error. It was in the shop for almost 3 weeks before it was fixed. It overheated one week later and again had to be towed to a dealership. It was fixed 3 days later. No problems since then, but it’s only been a few weeks since the last fix so who knows what will break down next.

This is my second Tucson that’s how much I like this model.

The Tucson Limited checked all my boxes. I was looking at a Genesis GV80. The technology is similar and the Tucson price was also an advantage.
