NOT VERY PLEASED AT THIS TIME
WELL, WHEN I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE, I TRADED IN MY 2023 HYUNDAI TUCSON WITH 33, 000 MILES. THAT CAR WAS GREAT. SO GREAT THAT WHILE IT WAS IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTAINANCE, I TRADED IT IN FOR THE EXACT SAME CAR IN THE 2026 MODEL. SAME TRIM, SAME COLOR, JUST NEW, AND I WANTED TO START FRESH.
AT FIRST I NOTICED THAT HYUNDAI DID AWAY WITH FEATURES THAT WERE ON THE 2023 TUCSON. THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER BUILT IN TO THE REAR VIEW MIRROR, THE AUTO PHONE CHARGER ON THE CENTER CONSOLE, THE AAUTO DOOR UNLOCK AT THE TOUCH OF THE DOOR HANDLE, VERSUS HOLDING DOWN A BOTTON FOR A FEW SECONDS. ETC...
IT NOW HAS ANOTHER ISSUE,
MY NEW 2026 TUCSON WITH 2000 MILES ON IT IS STILL IN THE SHOP, FOR OVER WEEK NOW, FOR THE 3RD TIME, ATTEMPTING TO FIX AN ENGINE SHUTTING OFF PROBLEM, WHICH IS POTENTIALLY VERY DANGEROUS. I AM NOT REAL HAPPY WITH THIS PARTICULAR CAR RIGHT NOW. MY 2023 WAS GREAT. NO REAL PROBLEMS TO SPEAK OF,. I RECOMMENDED HYUNDAI TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. NOW I HEAR, "WHERE IS THE NEW CAR"? AS I AM DRIVING A LOANER I DOD NOT WANT.
I WOULD HOPE YOU WOULD SEND THIS UP THE CHAINOF COMMAND FOR REVIEW.
