Not enough horsepower

I love the body style of my Veloster like the way it handles just doesn't have any power need more horsepower in this vehicle and a little more leg space would be wonderful 18 to 19 inch rims would be great and GPS should be standard in all vehicles.

Enjoy driving

My velostar is fun to drive. At first I wasn't crazy about the 3 doors, but now it does come in handy with my grandchildren. I am not crazy about the color (black) but I am getting used to it. I will definitely buy another Hyundai when it's time.

I love my Veloster Rally

I love the Veloster. This is my second. Had the 2013 turbo and then traded up for the 2016 rally. But be warned, as much as I love this car it has it's flaws. First the matte paint. Why did the rally edition only come with matte paint? Yeah it's pretty, but a PITA to maintain. No car wash, hand wash only! Chemicals are are danger too. This car has no clear coat, that's the secret to matte. Second, why remove keyless and remote start?! This was a mistake. Really don't want that bluelink subscription do yeah? I also miss the heated seats. Third, the rattle! Seriously, the door panels over time tend to have a slight rattle that sounds like your tweeters are crackling. When driving and listening to talk radio or if you're listening to nothing at all. I'll be taking mine in to get this fixed. This isn't new either. My old 2013 Turbo had the same issue.

Love My Veloster!

The Veloster is a fun, peppy car to drive! Prior to purchasing mine, I had seen only two (2) around my part of town. Now, about 10 months later, I've seen at about 5 others (based on other colors), so clearly it is getting more popular. I appreciate the convenience of the 3rd door as well as the generous trunk space. There isn't really anything I would change about the basic vehicle, however, if/when I get another (& I probably will) I'll get one with more features .

Love My Vitamin C Turbo!!

I love the color. I love the Turbo AND I love the gas mileage! I have to drive a lot so I wanted a car that was great on gas but yet sporty and fun to drive. I found it!

New Hyundai Veloster/Blue Link???

The car is awesome, super power for a little four-cylinder. I forgot turbo!! Fun car to drive! You could get yourself in a lot of trouble with this car it's fast handles well. Now for the good part! The blue link service sucks it works very well but it costs an out rages amount of money that is ridiculous when you buy a brand-new car you cannot even have remote start without purchasing this blue link!!!! That is the only downfall that I do not like about Hyundai they charge in the extreme amount of money when the car cost a lot of money and you don't get remote start that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Anytime I get a chance to write this in any review about Hyundai or the blue link service I punish Hyundai for it!!!

2016 Turbo Veloster

Ive owned my Veloster now for 35,000 miles. Ive noticed wear already on the seat and the paint is peeling on the window frame. It gets great gas mileage and has plenty of power for a small 4 cylinder car. The ride is not the best if you are not used to a low small car. Everyone that sees it always has something nice to say about its looks. Overall I'm happy I traded my Malibu for it. But I will not have a problem getting rid of it if needed. The one thing I wished it had was the speedometer as led in the center of the dash. I really like that in my other 3 vehicles. More power would be nice compared to some of the other brands out there.

Awesome car but minor changes to interior design recommended.

I purchased the Turbo Veloster which provides more than enough power. Handling is outstanding. Ride is a little rough but adds to the driving experience (not as rough as the Genesis Coupe I previously owned). Plenty of room inside (I am 6' tall and 210 lbs.). MPG is outstanding and at a steady 45 mph expect 40 mpg. Third door is a great feature. I would reconfigure the interior console. Somewhat difficult to reach items in the center forward storage bin due to the gear shift. The door handles to close the doors and the center console grip bars function but my opinion is they should be reinforced to be stronger (they double a s something for the passenger to hold onto while cornering). I would also reconfigure the spoiler as it "somewhat" provides a slight blind spot behind the vehicle.
