Most fun I've had in a car

I was looking for an affordable exotic sports car. The Porsche 911 was on my radar, but i saw and read about the Veloster N. It only took 1 test drive to cinvince me that this was going to be my next sports car

A fun and fast car. Great value. And exhaust sound is awesome. Great features and people comment positively on car when seen. Good on gas and comfortable to drive. East to clean. Handles very well in all driving modes

I would purchase this car again but maybe N-line next time. The Veloster is a sporty drive but at the same time economic, a sleeper as we call it on the streets. It could be tuned and be much faster. Would like to see the R-Spec with a moonroof and roof rack.

Love my veloster turbo

Great mileage, great handling, awesome pick-up and a blast to drive. Interior and exterior styling is beautiful. This is my second veloster turbo and I wouldn't hesitate to buy one for my next car when the time comes

Fast and Fun.

Be prepared for people to try and race you. It's okay, you will win. Really fun to drive, especially if you get the manual. It was my first manual ever. I couldn't even drive it home, thankfully its got rev matching and dual clutch, it was a breeze to learn. Sound system is really good for stock. All around great car.

2020 VT DCT

Solid upgrade from Gen 1 , chose over civic hatch , corolla hatch, and gti , able to get all upgrades from dealer with no bs still came out cheapest and faster than 2 others only .3 secs slower than gti and you have to get the se model or higher to get push to start which is bs its 2021 VW lol

Woo-hoo, this R-Spec is a 'Baby N'

A great little car overall, my 2020 R-Spec handles and droves nicely on normal mode but Sport mode turns it into a real winner! Handling, braking and power response improve to yhe point a being an affirdable sport sedan. Still not an N, yet it is a cut above the norm. I reslly like my R-Spwc!

Senior citizens sports car

I really like the 2020 Turbo Veloster. It is really fun to drive with a lot of acceleration great cornering capability. The stying is cool and good looking. I'm 77 years old 6’4” and have plenty of room in the drivers seat. However it does take a little special technique to get in and out.

The Most Enjoyable Car I've Owned

I've owned around 16 vehicles, usually getting bored around 1.5-2 years in and swapping out for something new. The Veloster N is the first car I've had I haven't considered replacing. There's nothing out there that currently entices me to leave the N, including the Type R (and I work at a Honda Dealer). The value to performance is unsurpassed.

Love my Veloster N

This is my favorite new car ever. I fell in love on the test drive and could not be happier to have it in my garage. It drives great and is a real screamer. My kids love riding around in it and even asked to take it on a recent long trip (700 miles one way). Hyundai built a winner here.

The Veloster has met all of my expectations and more. The handling the pick up and cargo storage are perfect for my needs. It handles very well in traffic and on high speed roads. I will purchase another.

Affordable, reliable, stylish 3 door hatch

Stylish, fun to drive, affordable, reliable auto. Included warranty makes ownership less stressful beyond 36k miles. Fit and finish are nicely done making these autos a must have. Wife and I loved Veloster so much, we subsequently traded in her ‘16 Maxza CX-3 for a 2021 Kona!

This is an amazing car with amazing performance and features! Both my Veloster N and my wife’s Veloster T Ultimate package are great! This will make my 3rd Veloster I’ve bought and my wife’s first! We really couldn’t be happier with our vehicles and absolutely love the re-design!

Veloster N is the one of the few fun performance vehicles for under 50,000 dollars

Owning the Veloster N is like owning a little dragon. If I had 50,000 dollars to spend on a new car this is where my money would go (type R, New GTI and Golf R are great too). Manufactures stopped caring about fun a long time ago, but it seems like Hyundai is finding its stride in fun affordable cars. Even the lower spec models (Veloster r-spec and Elantra n-line) are really great to drive and stand outs against their competition or simply don't have competition at all. The call back to analog driving in the Veloster is awesome; the engineers did a killer job with tuning and especially the chassis and suspension modes. I am an enthusiast who put their money where their mouth is. Hyundai is making the cars we want at affordable prices so buy them!

I have the Veloster N with the performance package. The performance is great and yet is a practical car to own. It is perfect driving fast through twisty roads as well as a great around town vehicle that makes even food shopping trips fun!

Great handling makes it fun to drive! Great exhaust sound...with a rumble! Great size...so fun to drive! Great bucket seats...very comfortable. Great acceleration especially in Sport mode!...Wow!! Did I say fun to drive?? If you enjoy driving, I recommend the Veloster! Love this car!!

Reliable

Really nice reliable car, turbo works good especially when on the freeway. Haven’t had issues at all. Gas saver, really glad I got a 4 cylinder gas saver. Gas lasts almost a week, when driven daily. Love the features, can’t complain about that.

The best of both worlds Economical and Sporty

This car has it all, Economical price, fuel usage, and safety features. Luxury accessories and interior refinement of a car costing much more, and best of all, a sporty look complete with responsive performance to give a fun to drive experience.
