Ran over something turning left from a complete stop, Venue had major damage. After 5 weeks in dealership repair shop, traded Venue for another vehicle.

Subpar vehicle

I am so disappointed with my Venue. It rides like a truck, completely plastic and absolutely no get up and go. The stereo is only in the dash and screen is so small you can't see out of it. The sun visor blocks the rear view mirror. I feel like I'm driving a go cart. The only thing I do like is the color and the fabric on the seats. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. So sorry I got it!

Brand New 1925 sold to me with 300 miles on it???

CANT GET THE CAR INSURED! Salesperson ripped me off. Had an envelope in finance with $3,000 cash in it gave a $2,000 deposit leaving the envelope behind. They never saw an envelope??? They kept an extra $1,000 !

Not what I wanted. I couldn't get another car without another down.

I lost $5000 on my down payment. In order to get what I wanted I would have to have another down and my payment would increase. I don't like the way Hyundai does business. I'm stuck with a car I don't like!

Disappointing missing features.

Paid for Limited edition and some basic features were ignored. Front seat belts are not adjustable, passenger side visor doesn't slide. And Hyundai USB connection with Android is very unreliable. Also, safety features are also disabled often in minimal cold weather causing blockage of camera. In addition, climate start from Hyundai app unreliable and usually doesn't work.

Terrible Car!

I'm very upset. We do not put a lot of miles on our cars , because we are seniors and have stopped working. We have had to be towed at least 2 times since we bought this car. No one told us that you have to drive this car 50 miles a day in order for the it to hold the charge or we would have bought a different car all together. I don't blame our salesman for not telling us this, because he was young and new there. We were told by the service guy at your dealership. I am furious.

My 2025 Hyundai Venue

I really like my 2025 Venue. There are only 2 things that are problematic for me: 1) The driver's side mirror blocks my view immensely. It needs better construction/placement. 2) The trunk opens too high and is difficult to reach to close. Unfortunately, this can be adjusted on other Hyundais but not the 2025 Venue.
