Nice Little Vehicle

We're coming off owning several Tucsons before this Venue. The Venue is a nice size, easier to handle and park, and it is an excellent value, as are all Hyundais. But it does lack some of the niceties which the Tucson had, such as an automatic lift gate and automatic seat adjustments. All in all, though, we are quite pleased with it.

I like how it drives and the gas mileage

I don’t like that it doesn’t have a button to open the trunk inside the car or on the key fob.

Great car! With a few tweaks, it could be awesome

I love the car with two exceptions. The door is too narrow. I have long legs and even with the seat all the way back I either hit my thigh on the steering wheel or my butt on the door support. And the second thing is, I wish the car had adaptive cruise control. It’s called a limited edition, but doesn’t have adaptive cruise control.

Missing one thing

After I bought my Venue I realized that I never opened the hatchback. Once I did that I realized that it only opens manually. This was a huge disappointment since I am 70 years old and no longer have the strength to pull the door up and down easily.

Good car for city driving

Enjoying driving my new Venue. Mostly used on city streets. Entertainment and navigation are great.Disappointed that it does not have a trunk release inside the vehicle or on the FOB. Can only open trunk manually. Have problem with water remaining inside door sills after a rain. Also have a problem with either horn not working consistently or very low strange sound. Would also have preferred an antenna fin rather than a pole. Overall car is driving well.

Great car

I love everything about my Hyundai Venue, with exception to acceleration. If you need to get on a highway, pass someone, or keep speed up a steep hill, it is not as capable as my previous Hyundai's. I need to remember to use sports mode. Other than that, I'm in love. Great features.

If I knew then, what I know now, I would not have bought this vehicle.

No room for rear passengers, no room for coolers, groceries, etc., behind the drivers seat, road noise is bad, paint has already chipped, & seatbelt cuts into your neck & there's no way to adjust the height of the seatbelt.
