Everything you need, packed into one

Very reliable vehicle. Fun, affordable, and safe. Fancy and convenient but not over-the-top which I love. Safe and durable for children. You can easily for 4 adults and a car seat. Easier than expected to clean (fabric interior).

We love it so much that two our family bought the same vehicle from Don Miller in Madison plus we just purchased another same Jeep but this time a low mileage, used 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them !!! They continue to serve us well !!! Just look around and see how many of them are on the road.......

Sold lemon with shady, unethical finance

Usually Jeep makes a good product but this dealership doesn't represent this standard. The financial department is not ethical and haven't responded to my proof of this. When I returned the sales person had mysteriously disappeared 😕

Great vehicle that we tow behind our 42 foot RV. Ran over a metal piece that punctured a tire. Had to replace two rear tires.

Great job locating new tires, mounting them, in good time at a reasonable fee. Very well done. I would recommend RidgeCrest Automotive to others. Thanks for a great job in all respects. I am very satisfied with our Ridgecrest experience.

Just right for me!

I’ve had my vehicle for 3 years now… I bought it used and I must say I’m impressed… I have had the normal wear and tear but nothing too major thank God! I feel this vehicle is serving its purpose and I was really glad to hear my mechanic say this is one of the better vehicles out there these days… Way to go Jeep!

2016 Jeep Cherokee

I love my Jeep, it's great in the snow. The only issues I have had are computer problems. I've had my car just stop running; had to have it put on a flat bed truck and towed. It's happened a few times and it's been a major inconvenience but other than that I am very happy with my Jeep.

I love my car!

I’ve had very few issues, and love the interior and Looks. Was the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Harpswell Auto sold it to me saying it was the v6, which was a lie it was the 2.4, it was listen for 16995 and I put 4000 down and when I got my first bill it was 26k. They ripped me off bad!!! I had proof but lost it when my phone got broken, so here I am now. I have no regrets I love my vehicle! However, I will never buy from Harpswell Auto in Maine again!!!!

Love it

I rented a Jeep Compass and fell in love with it after having cars for over twenty five years. My family and I take road trips to amusement parks and other places. I’ve never had any major problems thus far, I’m going to be a Jeep fan for life.

Love my jeep

Bought my Jeep new in 2016. It’s been fantastic!! It’s been the best car I’ve ever owned in my life. Love all of the features it has. It’s a perfect size. It rides so smooth. I totally recommend a Jeep to everyone. My next car will b another Jeep for sure

Love it..

I love my Ford trucks. My daughter brought her Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk over and I was hooked. Time for Dad to get a vehicle with all the bells and whistles and still be able to still 4x4!!!!!

Very reliable vehicle.

Had my Jeep Cherokee Sport now for about 4 years with no problems at all. Just regular maintenance. Has plenty of power on acceleration with its nine speed automatic transmission. Has never needed a front end alignment.

Stay away!!!!

The multi-air engine is trash and it burns oil like crazy. I started having issues with this thing at 37,000 miles. Just long enough for the bumper to bumper warranty to run out. The transmission is goofy. The radio and ac control cluster died. I’ve had some crappy cars in my day but this is by far the worst.

2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

I can honestly say that I'm very satisfied with my vehicle - and I purchased it new - although, admittedly, I have altered it since that initial purchase. I'd like to think that I got it to where I think it should be or at least what it was intended to be, but not maybe to appeal to a larger segment of the car buying public.

Good except oil usage.

The SUV in very good, operational, reliable, great in snow. OIL USE UNACCEPTABLE!!! My 1st oil change, with this used vehicle. At 5000 miles, down 3 quarts. Dealership says 1 quart per 1000 miles, is acceptable.

our third year with this vehicle and we love it.

We have had no problems with this vehicle at all over the 3 years that we have had it. It is my wife's vehicle so she doesn't allow me to drive it too often as she enjoys it so much. I will be looking at replacing my vehicle in the near future and will be looking at a Jeef Cherokee as well.

Great Jeep but not enough room for us. The traction should be improved. Not able to have the windows down on the highway with how noisy it is. The Grand Cherokee would have been better but way too expensive. We will buy another Jeep for sure.

Cherokee 2016 Review

My wife loves the Cherokee. Right size. Roomy for traveling and the extras like GPS and great sound system. The quiet ride and 4 wheel drive are icing on the cake. The cr is very attractive. We have the light grey paint on the exterior and it stays very clean to the eye.
