Never Again

I fhave owned Jeeps since 1989. The quality has slowly degraded. This 2013 lost a water pump at 40,000 warranty. Then at 102,000 the cam shaft on piston five wore almost flat. Cost me $5,000 to repair. I did and immediately traded for a better rated car. Detroit steel? SShould never wear like that

2013 Jeep Laredo

Jeep Laredo have been the worst vehicle I ever purchased. My repairs started with struts, 2 rebuilt transmission with less than 90K, motor repair, timing belt, Cadillac converter complete brake job, crack radiator, 3 wheel air pressure sensor, too many rear turn lights and break lights. I purchased my Jeep in 2015 with 38K miles. I own it and that’s why I keep doing repairs on it. Buyer beware.

Too many repair issues.

Love the size & ride of the vehicle but Chrysler Corporation could produce a more reliable product. Too many repair issues after the factory warranty expires. It seems in an attempt to cut corners there is a failure to build a quality, long lasting vehicle especially considering prices of Jeeps today.

So far so good

This is my first experience with Jeep and so far so good. I have not gone off road very much but it has handled payment and dirt like a dream. Very smooth for what I expected from a Jeep. Gas mileage is not to bad either...spec says 18/20 and I get 22.5 on average with high octane and low grade both. My 2013 JGC is clicking butt so far.

Jeep Grand Cherokee

This is the Overland edition with great power and comfort. I love driving the vehicle. It accelerates like a rocket and corners tight. I have had a few issues that have hit me out of pocket. At 60,000 miles the water pump went out for $2K and most recently the transmission needed a new solenoid for gear changing. I've had two Expeditions and 2 Navigators and haven't had any repairs with twice the mileage. Just sayin'!

2013 Grand Cherokee Limited 6 cylinder,

I have 85,000 miles and everything works fine so far.! Change oil and flushed radiator myself.! Keep it waxed is easy.! Drives great with 4x4 and peppy on starts for 6 cylinder is plenty fast for me!

Pleased with another Grand Cherokee

I bought this Grand Cherokee instead of the same model as 2018. Primarily because of the color combo. The car wasn’t perfect but the color and V8 were more appealing. Overall it’s been a very good car. Had lifter failure the first year I owned it. Extended warranty covered it. Then two years ago a rear airbag failed. The extended warranty doesn’t cover any air suspension problems. That really put a sour taste in my mouth. And cost quite a bit of money out of pocket. Check your extended warranty coverages. Most cover suspension systems but exclude the air suspension. Happy otherwise!

This Jeep is reliable in good weather & bad!!! When I bought it I enjoyed the key in my pocket with the ability to put my foot on the brake & push a button on the dash to start the engine!!! I have also enjoyed the off road tomes we rode in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado!! I like to maintain my vehicle and have had it serviced at Marchants Motors in Spring Valley, MN untill they went out of business 3 years ago!! Looking for reliable repair shops to continue maintenance I found Matts Body Shop in Spring Valley, MN for my fender bender repairs!! I use Marty's for my other maintenance needs!!!

I love my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I keep my vehicle in tip-top shape and keep the oil, brakes and tires changed. I love my Jeep! I would highly recommend this vehicle. As long as I take good care of it, it is very comfortable and reliable. I have 109,000 miles on a 2013 vehicle and it runs in perfect shape!

I love this car it is so fun to drive. It's got everything I need! Leather heated seats, Electric start for our North Idaho Winters, towing for my trailer. Love the red color! Back up camera and oh yes the sound system!! LOVE
