Nothing but a hassle!!
Bought this jeep because it was super fun and I loved the ability to take the top off and enjoy the elements!! Love that i can go anywhere in it. Its not the most comfortable vehicle for someone who drives A LOT (like I do) but it isnt terrible. The problem is that it always has something wrong with it. Ive had it one year and already had the blind spot mirrors just randomly quit working for 3 weeks then come back on, when I hit a bump sometimes my computer screen just goes black - it comes back on when its good and ready: also i can turn my air/heat knobs up or the digital up and nothing happens but then driving along it just turns up suddenly when it feels like it and then I cant turn it down. The driver front tire is completely worn on the outer tread and inner tread the middle is fine yet the dealer says alignment is perfect tire pressure perfect and theres no front end issue at all - no other tires show wear at all just that one yet no one can tell me why. Ive burnt thru 2 tires now on that particular position all while being told its fine. Some days i can push the start button and literally nothing happens push it several more times and poof the jeep starts just fine. When it rains- and you open the front doors to get in a monsoon pours in the car with you from an edge that jeep apparently thought was a good idea (this is all wranglers tho not just mine its a design flaw for sure). I hate this jeep - $43k and the thing is a piece of crap! Never again will own a jeep product! Absolutely the worst service at all 3 jeep dealers ive been to - rude people, untimely service and constantly telling me they dont know how to fix something or that its not happening (?? I drive the jeep daily Im sure id know). Do not buy a jeep unless you want a financial pitfall. Two stars bc its nice to have the top off and freedom to go anywhere… when the thing runs.
