2014 Kia Soul!

I love the Souls, they are sporty, sexy and roomy. They are the mini-SUV's!!! I have been buying them since they came out and I don't know that I can even get another car because the SOUL is different from everything else out there.

Rating of 2014 Kia Soul

I have over 10,000 miles on the auto by now and I think it is a great car. Gets really good mileage, has lots of room for me while driving, very comfortable to ride in, and other passenger have liked it also. I would recommend it to anyone. I have had no problems with it.

14 Kia Soul Plus at 60,000 MI a new motor had to be installed and which the guaranteed did cover it did not cost me one penny and I will supplied a loaner for the entire time

At 60,000 miles and new motor had to be installed started using oil drastically a new motor was installed it took about 3 months I was supplied with a loaner it did not cost me one penny but I don't think I would ever buy another Kia Soul I now have 117,000 miles on it and I'm worried if this motor is going to go out as they gave me a 50,000 mile warranty only on the new motor

Love my KIia Sool, except....

In general, I like my Kia SoUL; however, In the throes of a snowy winter. it doesn't perform well when snowy road condition exists. It's my first Kia vehicle and wouldn't mind trading up to a Optima; however, with no options of AWD I'm looking elsewhere. FWD just doesn't cut it when you really need it.

Good car, but some electrical issues

I bought my car new in 2014, it has 107,000 miles on it now. There have been some electrical issues: alternator, battery, voltage regulator, and headlight assembly connectors. Some was covered under warranty. I like the car overall, but not sure if I would purchase another Kia, since the corporation is difficult to deal with (warranty issues).

Expensive Repair Costs - Typical of Foreign-built Vehicles

$400 for a remanufactured starter? This car was cheap to buy and cheaply made. Reman starters are plentiful on the market - apparently failed Kia starters are plentiful. This does not make them inexpensive. I have two vehicles from the turn of the century that both have over 150,000 miles on them, and are easy and inexpensive to maintain. Not so the Kia. I like the fact that the Soul has room for a tall driver, and it's pretty zippy, even with the base engine. I don't like the sound that the suspension makes at low speeds. My wife is on her second Odyssey in 13 years, and at 110,000 miles, it drives like it just came off the showroom floor.

The Car For Me

This was the first car that i drove after getting into an accident that had left me in the hospital. As soon as i was in my rental i knew that I was in love. The safety features of this car were one of the many deciding factors in me getting it. It drives smooth and the ability to sit tall while driving along the road is big for me, I'm only just over five foot tall and to be able to see high enough and feel like i'm not going to get run down by the large SUV's and semi trucks is a big deal. The mileage is wonderful and having had my car now for about two years it's been wonderful. I know that my cars will now and forever be Kias. Whether it be a Soul or a Sorrento, I know that this is what I want.

M little box

Did not think I would have to buy another car in my lifetime. Purchase the Soul based on size, mileage at time of purchase, ratings, and design. My only complaint is that it doesn't get as good mpg as I hoped for but I don't drive long distances like I used to do.

Vehicle problems

My Kia Soul plus is a 14 bought it new I'm in my sixties do not hot rod drive like an elderly gentleman I have 74500 miles on it just now had to put my first set of tires on it I'm on my 3rd battery second starter only had to have the front brakes replaced so far one license plate light the fuel tank sending unit the worst thing I could say about the car it was in the shop for over 3 months waiting for a new motor at 68000 miles Raymond Kia in Antioch very friendly Place very nice to deal with have all my work done there service department is top-notch they did give me a loaner for the entire time

Nice gas mileage saver with plenty of space for our family. We as a family have taken it on many trips outside of Ohio with zero issues. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone. It's great to drive and has plenty of space for our family of 4.

Neat Car!

This has been a dependable car that hasn’t given me any major trouble, mostly wear and tear. So neat! I fun to zip around in. I have a manual transmission and all parts have held up will! A tight little car.

Rating 2014 Kia Soul

The Kia Soul is a reliable vehicle. The only fault I can find is poor light bulb connections as I have had to change out several bulbs system wide on several occasions. I have owned many different vehicles and have not had to replace as many bulbs as this vehicle.
