Kia Soul

I loved my Kia , I had one before and there was never any problem and I had it for 5 years. I felt very comfortable driving it. It has all the all the accessories. I had planned to keep it for a long time. I will be getting rid of it though and NEVER will buy another one. I have had so many problems with it 6 oil leaks. I do think if they would had taken care of the problem right the first or second time I would not feel this way. You would think having a 100,000 mile warranty that they would like to take care of there customers and fix it right away. Instead of acting like there was no problem . I and my husband who passed away while we were having so many problems were not happy with how Kia Temecula repairs treated us, While dealing with doctor appointments and hospital since we lived out their radius of where they were would take us they would not take us home while we waited for repairs. Even knowing our situation, It was very inconvenient for us. All they care about is trying to keep their cost down not really caring about the customer or even if they fixed the car right or not. They did finally give me a loner car the 3rd time there. But it still was the in convince of it all. One of the next to last time I took my Kia in they had it for a awhile I went in and asked how much longer they were going to have it. They told me it would be done in the morning, I asked them not rush it make sure it was repaired properly as I was going out of town and did not want any problems with it. I picked up my car and was going to leave town on Saturday. While Saturday when I went out to pack my car to leave I seen the BIGGEST OIL LEAK I have ever had especially since it was only sitting there over night. Understandably this is the reason I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER KIA..

Crap

Bad engine..kia manufacture defect that STILL hasn't been recalled..NEVER BUY A KIA SOUL + 2.0..cylinder 3 blew & caused engine to stall. Loss of oil unknown . Had oil change March of 2020..May of 2020 the dipstick was dry. No oil leaks anywhere. Mechanic says needs a new engine

Great Little Car

I love almost everything about the Kia Soul. I take it camping and sleep in the back easily. However, the seats are not made for short people. In fact, they are made for someone more on the tall side. The seats base is so long it cuts into the back of my legs. They are very uncomfortable for long drives. My daughter bought a Kia Soul last year. She's 5'4" and has the same discomfort I do with the seats. Please Kia do a better job at making seats to fit all. Also, the cloth seats are horrible. I think they should with standard leather. I doubt it cost that much more. Please also start making the seats fold down flat like the Sportage.

Almost 5 stars - very happy

Summary: Very happy, very nearly a 5 star rating for me. HUGE upgrade in comfort and driving satisfaction from my pos 2006 Ford Focus. Pros: Comfort, visibility, handling, quality feeling of the vehicle, quiet ride, excellent storage, features, ROOM! to sit up straight. Cons: Engine sounds a bit strange when accelerating like it is a tiny pickup truck engine stuck in some Ford F350 - slightly tin canny. It's possible the engine is a bit sluggish even on the Soul+ but I'm being too gentle on the gas to be certain.

Kia Soul

With 308000 relative trouble free miles, I am pretty happy. It's even survived 3 deer, 2bucks and a doe. Like a Timex, "Takes a beating and keeps on ticking ". This is the fifth Soul I have had. 2011, 2010, 2013, 2015, 2016.

2013 Kia Soul

It’s a good little Roomy car, Good on gas very economical. Not to bad far as get up and go. Not sure what it cost New but I gave 12k with 23k miles on it. It has been a good car. No real issues . Just did a tune up and runs like new again. Avg 29-32 mpg.

Responsive little bugger

Enjoy driving my Kia Soul. It's got great pick up. Handles well and is fun to drive. Winter driving has not been an issue, but I did put great snow tires on to ensure my safety. Have taken long trips and my only dissatisfaction is the seats. They look great but are not the most comfortable.

I gave this rating four stars I gave it four stars because the Kia soul has low maintenance you get more bang for your buck high fuel mileage I drove all the way to Mississippi for $55 from Duluth MN low maintenance cost all the features included still worth well it has been an overall durable and dependable car thanks KIA
