Car is fine but dealerships are terrible at service.

My 2021 Telluride has been a disappointment after reading the high reviews in Consumer Reports. On the positive side the gas mileage is great and the safety features are good. On the negative side it rides really rough, is not comfortable on long trips and and has too much wind noise. The biggest issue is you can't get it serviced in a timely manner at either of the 2 Columbia SC Kia dealerships. I have a suspension issue and when I called Nov 4th for a service appointment one dealer (Galeana) said December 15th and the other dealer (JT's) said Dec 5th. Waiting over 30 days for service is ridiculous. My wife recently only had to wait 4 days at Hudson Toyota for a service appointment on her Highlander. So, Kia doesn't service what they sell and they do NOT provide courtesy cars for multi-day service work.

Awesome vehicle

Our new Telluride is an awesome vehicle. It has a smooth ride, a lot of smart features. It’s almost self driving! I especially like the safety features. Blind spot detection, lane keep assist, won’t get to close to another vehicle when cruise control is on.

Amazing SUV

My family & I have been partial toward the KIA brand for close to 10 years now. This is our first Telluride - and by far the best in the brand that we have experienced! We loved our Sorento and had settled on buying it over the years, but the Telluride is special.
