A great car in every way possible!

We have had nothing but good experiences driving this car. If there is any defect, it would be it is too easy to speed on interstates because it rides so smoothly and quietly. The leather seats are superior to cloth seats. Interior lights are very functional.

Disappointed

Bought my ES350 in Dec 2010 and was delighted with the quiet comfortable ride. However, now that it’s older I’m disappointed with all the things that have broken beginnng at 75000 miles to current 110,000 miles: Sky roof broke, replacement cost nearly $2000, defective passenger air bag $1300, steering gear box is leaking, cup holder plastic separator broke (very annoying as cups now fall over), that quiet ride is gone because the driver window no longer seals tightly, leather seats became very discolored, NAV system obsolete but replacement cost is exorbitant- looks to me like planned obsolescence and not like my old Toyota Celica where NOTHING ever broke!! Disappointed at this frequency of repair record and declined performance.

Excellent car

The Lexus ES 350 is the best car I have owned. I have had it for 9 years and it has been a reliable and very comfortable vehicle. The quality, thought and luxury put into this car have made me a huge fan of the Lexus brand. The car has 145,000 miles on it, but still feels and looks new. Highly recommended.

Great ride & Quiet

One of the main reasons we bought this car is because both the drivers seat and front passenger seat are fully adjustable - very important when you change drivers and if you have any back issues! People don’t realize that bucket seats are the worst for people with back issues! In my opinion all cars should provide adjustable seats in front that can be adjusted from bucket to flat seats. Posture is oh so important and it’s time all car manufacturers cared about the passenger side as well as the driver.

Nice ride.

Love that car! With luck I’ll never have to buy another car. It’s paid for, and runs like new 77,000 miles and never a problem. I always change oil and filter and keep up on any maintenance issues. Enjoy the ride.

Love my Lexus

This is my second Lexus I always had a Buick. It was a great decision to make the change. Garage kept, low mileage and I treat it like my baby.I got in on a special deal when I purchased it. It really was great value for the money. Very happy with it and I will purchase a Lexus again.

Miss quality /reliability of my old Toyota!!

Bought my 2010 almost exactly 8 years ago, just got to 100,000 miles. In that time the wonderful quiet of the initial ride has vanished as the driver window no longer fully seals ($300 to repair), the sunroof broke and had to be replaced ($2000+), something in the dash stopped functioning ($100s to repair), beige leather driver seat developed spots and stains impossible to repair/looks horrid, seat feels less comfy than before, separator in cup holder broke so cups fall over ($$$ to repair), GPS info obsolete and cost of replacement $400, car lights are too dim to see really well at night (I did not get the special light package), a few other minor but irritating items. Still a pleasant ride, love the big trunk, love the safety of the rear camera and beeping system.

My Fourth One!!

The best car I've ever had! It rides so smoothly and quietly. Have not had any major problems and it is 9 years old. Hope Lexus continues to manufacture sedans and doesn't concentrate on the ever-growing SUV market.

Great cars

you have the luxury of a high-end car yet many of the parts like the brakes are just Toyota parts so these cars are cheaper to maintain another comparable luxury cars They ride well, have a great suspension, they’re safer because of the additional safety features My only complaint about this model as it doesn’t have a very good rear defrost or radio reception

What a car

One of the best cars I have ever purchased. Take care of it, and it will take care of you. Rides smooth and with comfort. Handles the road well. Very little lean when entering curves, good acceleration, good millage, city and highway.

Did not have any problems until the 8th year - A/C leak under the dash - very smooth running and good gas milage - next car will have a back-up camera. Do not like the style of the front end of the 2017 models. not looking for a trade-in now

Love my ride

My Lexus ES350 is almost 7 years old and has nearly 85,000 miles on it. I've only had to provide routine maintenance and replaced the tires at around 50,000 miles. It has worked like a charm, never (knock on wood) needing any costly repairs or replacements. I'm glad I made this purchase and am likely to buy another Lexus when the time comes, provided they change the design of that front grill.
