Bought new

A great car all around. No major problems. The dealer has done a good job on repair/warranty stuff that can only be done by a dealer. Jim's Service in Ballston Spa has done a good job doing routine maintenance and repairs. Battery died after about 40,000 miles, but was easily fixed at our house by AAA.

Overall, a fine, well-built car

This vehicle suits us (elderly retired) nearly perfectly. We like almost everything about it. The back seat legroom might be a little tight for taller people but isn't a problem for us at all. The infotainment system isn't a touch screen unless you're stopped which might bother some but doesn't us. The car exudes quality when compare with nearly everything else in its price range. Gas mileage isn't as good as some others in the class.

Mazda CX five

Oil leaking from rear engine and transmission will be taking it back to the dealer on November 1 for their evaluation. Rear shock absorbers leaking. my mechanic is the one that drew my attention to this issue. Hopefully Mazda will do the right thing and fix this before it becomes a serious problem

My thoughts on my new CX5

Amazing vehicle. I was impressed throughout the sales process. The quality, fit and finish, standard features, and of course the ride was all good. Having had my CX-5 for a week, I am more impressed with my vehicle. In fact it is more vehicle than I was looking for at a lower price than I expected. I can't say enough about how pleased I and my family are with our CX-5. Good job Towne Auto Group and MAZDA.
