Mazda 6

Good car local but for trips there is no resting place for either arm for the driver. Driver side door does not have one and the top of the console is to far back to be used comfortably. GPS works well, blue tooth is cumbersome to use.

Not what I hoped for...

Overall it's a nice car. It's just not for me. I Loved my Mazda 3 but wanted a little bigger interior space with the same feel and safety benefits. I got used to the Mazda 6, but it's not what I hoped for.

Average for a Japanese car.

Had to replace the belt-tensioner twice in 5 years. The original battery did not last for the 3 years. But was given a free replacement. The car is very noisy, the radio is useless on a noisy road. Not a family friendly car. But no other major issues so far.

Mazda 6 Review

My wife and I love this car. It's a great value for the money and really drives and looks great. Only drawback is the blue tooth tech is not that great.

Best Value for the Money

Mazda gives customers the most technology for the money. In particular the cost to own the Mazda 6 has been less than an Accord Sport. I would love to see a MazdaSpeed version. An all wheel drive version would make the 6 a even more competitive in the full size sedan market. Also I would love to see an eight speed automatic version to improve fuel economy even more.

My Mazda 6

I have had very few problems with general service of the vehicle. The problems that have come up only one was truly the dealerships fault. I don't recommend getting the injector cleaning treatment because it almost caused permanent damage to my engine. The other problem was getting my spark plugs replaced and one happened to be cracked.

Outstadnding auto

It actually gets 40 miles MPG, but I am an easy driver; however if I need some extra smash it is there.. I certainly like it's handling and performance, but I do not like the "hardness" of the low profile tires.

2015 Mazda Grand Touring

Researched Honda, Toyota & Mazda. All on the web. Decided on Mazda. Exceeded my expectations by far. Seventy years old but still like a car. That is fun to drive. Cant believe Mazda isnt more popular. Or rated higher by any enthusiast. Especially with features that are standard on Mazda.

The little known secret

Outsold 5 to one by the Accord but way better. A sweet handling car with a comfortable ride. Gets great gas mileage too.

No more Mom van!

After all of our kids had left home for college I had no need for my van any longer. I looked at a number of cars but fell in love with the Mazda 6. It’s sporty but still has enough room for 4 adults to sit comfortably. It is a 4 cylinder but has good pick up. I’m very impressed with all of the “extras” that make driving this car fun.

LOVE this car!

This is my second Mazda. They are so well built, comfortable, low maintenance, 30-34 miles to the gallon. I have the sport model which looks sleek. Great on long trips. It has adjustable lumbar support which helps a lot. The radio sounds amazing too! The only thing I miss is my rear windshield wiper!!
