Love the Outlander but...
This is a great vehicle, however it does come with it's own setbacks unfortunately. Perfect for a nice weekend getaway, as long as you don't have too much to bring with you. Although it is a premium gas efficient 4 wheel drive alternative to those bulky oversized gas hogs, it just doesn't come with as much room as you would hope. The driver & passenger front seats are more than comfortable with heated seats & plenty of room to stretch your feet out, unfortunately the backseats & cargo area just doesn't have the room I had hoped for after owning it for a little over a year. If you don't have much to haul (children, passengers, cargo, etc.) its a great alternative to an oversized SUV or truck, but if you have more precious cargo, maybe look into something a littler larger. In addition, the vehicle has a lot of road noise, you feel & hear every bump, with or without the radio on. It's a little stiff, but overall good ride & with the 4 wheel drive it makes it nice for getting around on those snowy days.
