Bought front shocks, tie rods and catalytic converter was charged for struts and O2 sensor all replaced on vehicle and it cost $1400 for them to put it on. My engine light is still luminating, thought once all that was taken care of the lights would go out, but didn't. Don't know what to do with the car

2008 Nissan Maxima Review
We just bought a used 2008 Nisan Maxima for my 17 year old son. It has 89,000 miles on it and you would think it just came off the NEW CAR lot. It has leather seats, a great sound system. I'm amazed how well it drives for being 8 years old. Great style - even for being 8 years old. There is a lot of leg room both up front and in the rear. I can get a carseat into the back with ease. It feels sturdy and rides so smooth. The only thing I would change is the gas mileage (but newer models may have better gas mileage) and it has no back-up camera - which I feel is so very important. We will be installing one. But other than those two changes, it drives like a dream. We absolutely LOVE this vehicle!

I have had this vehicle for 11 years and haven’t had any major problems with it. It runs as good as new. The only negative comment is the exterior paint: it has faded more than I expected, I have a 1994 pickup and the original color still looks great so the paint quality is poor

I love my Maxima. It is 12 years old now. It still runs great and with a V6 motor it will still kick some butt! It's still stylish and has all the whistles and bells! I have had to do some maintenance but that is typical with a 12 year old car. I plan on keeping it for another year. Then hopefully I will purchase the same car newer.

Excellent Vehicle
Bought this car with 10,000 miles on it back in 2010. The car now has 171,000 miles. It has run like a charm. I also have a newer Maxima but yhis 2008 is my favorite. Equipped with the Continental DWS +6 it rides like a dream. I plan to drive this car until the wheels fall off. Best auto purchase ever for me.
