Lots of issues

This truck spends a lot of time in the shop. Many electrical issues that cost a small fortune to diagnose and fix. The display acts like it is possessed. Can’t change radio stations, dome and cargo lights come on in the middle of the night and drain battery. Repeated break issues, not sure if dealer repair fault.

Truck is a joke, customer service is a joke. Better hope you don’t need a part, 90% are deal parts only. Been waiting 90+ days for a new ignition. Lol, 90 days. Dodge, Chrysler should be embarrassed they even out this truck out. Shit that’s all I can say, big waste of money. Going back to ford transits, or E350s

Not unless you want to replace transmissions about every 100000 miles not recommended

Bought this truck brand new thinking it would last me for a long time since it was a heavy duty one ton truck end up replacing transmission just over 100,000 miles as well as the Hemi tick and poor performance between motor and transmission not mated good

The best truck I’ve ever owned and operated very dependable and powerful. We haul a 12,000 pound fifth wheel and this vehicle is incredible it tolls the fifth wheel like it wasn’t even there it has never broke down

My RAM

I love my truck!! This truck provides all of my needs. The puck system for my 5th wheel receiver is a plus on quick installation and removal of the receiver. I have the mega cab which allows and enormous area of internal storage.

Outstanding performance

I was looking for a used truck to haul my 10' camper, however after a brief review of the used vehicles my sales rep suggested some very impressive figures that got us to look at the new Ram 3500. As soon as we took it on the test drive we know this was the one. The ride is very quite and very smooth for this size vehicle. Once we put the camper on it and took it on a trip I was extremely pleased. This truck has the power and performance I've always wanted in a truck. The many features are also very nice, especially the exhaust brake. Great vehicle Ram !
