axle will need replacing, transmission flush at 100,000.

2003 Toyota 4Runner SR5

I love my vehicle. Even though my husband wants me to get a new car, I cannot bring myself to get rid of my 2003 4Runner. It has really been a great vehicle. No repairs except for usual maintenance. Comfortable and roomy.

Love my 4Runner!

I feel safe in my 4 Runner. I will purchase another one when I need to . I want to keep my 2003 for as long as it runs!

Since Birth

Bought mine brand new and after 250,000+ miles I have to say I've enjoyed every mile. What an amazing vehicle- I love her.

I cannot say enough good things about this vehicle.

I have been driving this car for over 13 years and have had to provide only routine service. It amazes me every day that it still runs so strong. I know I can depend on it. If it does wear out before I do, I expect to buy another Toyota.

2003 4runner

Smoothest V8 with power for hauling gear and the comfort and reliability of Toyota . Hope they put a V8 in the gen 6.

The best car on the market

This car has been reliable for me since 2003.I have never had a car with less trouble.I would buy another.You cannot go wrong with a Toyota.So far I have 191,00 miles.I have never had a major problem.I just keep up with regular maintenance and it runs just fine.

Love my 4-Runner. Never want to drive anything else.

I have almost 240,00 miles on my 4-runner and it still looks and runs great. Sure, there have been some repairs over the years; a fuse here or a door lock there, but overall, it is amazingly dependable. I don't like the current body styles so I'm waiting to see what the next style will look like. I might get a new one and give mine to my daughter.

Toyotas for life

First was used 1984 Land Cruiser that is still running on a ranch in Texas. Second was a used 1990 4Runner. Motor failed at 150K miles due to blown head gasket, under recall, so Toyota installed new $6000 engine for free. Still have it with near 300,000 miles as back up car. Currently with 2003 4Runner, 214,000 miles. Recent hail storm totaled it. Insurance gave me $6400, let me keep it, so driving it with dents. Suspect it will out live me. Why would I buy anything else?

Best Rig I Ever Had

At 175,000 miles it is beginning to have a little bit of natural ware. The vehicle still drives like it is new. I can’t believe how well it has held up for fifteen years. All of the features including the four wheel drive system still work.

Most amazing vehicle I have ever driven!

In 30 years driven a lot of vehicles; the Forerunner is by far the best of the best. I think it is the ultimate driving machine!!! Doesn’t have a monster truck feel, but it gets the job done, I am already considering buying a newer model, but I would hate to part with the 2003 that I own. I feel sorry for the competition!

Best Car Ever!

I’ve had my Toyota 4Runner for over 15 years! Together we passed 250,000 miles recently on a trip to California to see family. This car has needed so little maintenance over the years it is truly unbelievable! It is a dream to drive and I’m counting on it to last as long as I do!

Best Vehicle Ever

Just had it in first regular service at Marickio’s in Colorado Springs!! They say it’s in great shape. Cost about $75 today. It’s been months and a motif mikes since it’s needed any service! Not bad at all for a car with well over 260,000 miles in it!
