Check engine light scam

My check engine light came on because of a loose fuel cap. Apparently, when Toyotas have this happen, it shuts off your cruise control and radar. The simple fix should have been tightening the fuel cap and then having the vehicle cycle through a few times for the check engine light to eventually go out. But no, I had to pay over $100 for them to reset my cruise control and radar. I have no idea what the fuel cap has to do with the functioning of the radar and cruise control. Good customer service would’ve reset the computer for me without the excessive charge. Bottom line is make sure your fuel cap is tight people. Toyota seems to have a built-in a way to make some extra money when you don’t screw your fuel cap in tight.

3 recalls so far and the steering rack just gave up on me at 55k miles. Pretty disappointed to be honest. Overall it runs well and does what I need it to do, there have just been a few too many issues with intricacies that shouldn’t occur with a vehicle this new.

2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road

I’ve owned six different Toyota 4x4’s. The quality hasn’t improved over the years. However, The off-road features are impressive. Driving on the freeway at 80 mph is definitely not what it’s intended for. It shifts constantly. Even a slight incline puts it into 4 th gear. Great little truck for fooling around close to home.

Great truck

It’s a great truck with a smooth ride and a lot of tech. But what ever Toyota done to the engine from the 2012 models to 2018 is a big difference. Seems like the truck struggles going up hills.

Good truck

Comfy ride Quick response Great safety Features Needs The ability to raise the driver seat up or down set to low. And I am a short fat guy. Truck has the scoop looks great but if driving into the sun a major glare hits scoop Which reflects the sun into the drivers eyes very hard to see.

2018 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Trd sport crew cab automatic

Like my truck. However tho are a few things I would like that are not currently offered. They are Power seats Better quality back up camera Heated steering wheel Heated seats Ability to access passenger door on the passenger side of the vehicle The. Vehicle is 4 wheel drive. Put appropriate tires on the truck. Road tires provided do not work well in Pacific Northwest.

Tacoma review.

I love this truck. However, I would like to see a couple of changes. It’s a little tight in the cab. Also, I’m not the only one that drives the truck, so I would like to have @ least 2 seat settings.

Bad paint

This is my second Tacoma. My first was a 2003 that I drove 15 years and put 275,000 miles on before I has a major engine issue. The paint on that truck was as good the day I sold it as it was when new. The 2018 already has faded paint on the roof and hood. Seems to be a common problem from reading the Tacoma websites. I understand that there is a class action lawsuit due to the paint problems. I will join if I can. The truck has 60k miles, seems to be as reliable (thus far) as my 03 Tacoma, but a 4 year old original manufacturer paint job should not be fading. Very disappointed, and this may be my last Toyota.

Best vehicle

This vehicle is wonderful and I love how it drives and how peppy it is. I love the look of it and how rugged it is. We are lifelong toyota fans. This is the 8th toyot we have bought and our first new one. Our only choice we would consider was a tacoma.

Love my Tacoma!

I have come to love all the new tech that is in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. I love the cruise control feature of vehicle cushion speed control, and the display of gas mileage. Then there is the sound system. A pleasure to drive.

Great ride

Great ride especially for a truck. Rides more like a car. Love the safety features. I purchased with a tounneu cover for better security. This option is a great value compared to after market tounneu covers.

Great Truck And Still Offers A Manual Transmission

A truck where you can still get a manual transmission is hard to find. This truck is very smooth and comfortable while still offering great offroad performance. There is a lot of aftermarket parts avaliable for the tacoma so you can personalize it and make it even more capable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

Tacoma 4cyl 4wd

Great truck just like the two previous Tacomas I have owned in the last 25 years. I decided to forego the 'extras' so I got the 4cyl. 4x4 which is a great proven engine. What more can i say? Tacoma trucks speak for themselves. I believe Tacoma trucks are #1 in small trucks and they always have been.

Amazing truck

I've had this truck now for over 3 months and I've put over 5k miles on it. It's been a great truck, strong, dependable, smooth and for a truck it's actually really quiet! I've hauled 1/2 yard loads of top-soil and compost in it and it's handled it like a champ. The only thing I want is height adjustable seats. If I could lower the seat just a little bit, it would be absolutely perfect (I'm 6'4").

The 2018 Toyota Tacoma are excellent trucks!

The Parker Toyota employees are very friendly and knowledgable. It is a fun place to go for a great product. The waiting room is very comfortable. In a short amount of time we were able to drive away in a brand new Toyota. We received top price for our trade in.

2018 Toyota Tacoma

I absolutely LOVE my new truck! It’s so comfortable and fun to drive. The Inferno red color with the black trim makes it looks tough. Has lots of power to get up and go, and tight turning radius. Great gas mileage too! We just bought an RV, and the Tacoma handled the tow like a champ.! My husband is a little bit jealous:)

Exactly what we wanted. Drives awesome. Love the navigation and the hands free calls. The navigation screen is just the right size. Love all the cup holders. Love the metallic black paint!! The tinted windows were a great touch
