Not as responsive as the one I had before

I had a GOLF 2002 and drove it for 16 years. Then, I got a GOLF 2016 to replace it. Over 16 years the technology advanced and there are many fancy features that came with this GOLF 2016 but when it comes to driving, my old one was more responsive and fun.

2016 Golf STI SEL

Love this little car. Compact but yet lots of room. All the power that i need for highway and city. Love the lighting package and Fender sound system. Loaded with features and looks great. Has a bit too much interior road noise and for comfort the seat tends to make you hunch forward which can be a bit uncomfortable on the upper back and neck.

Awesome Ride

I enjoy my Golf. The ride feels amazing and handles well. I personally went with the base 1.8T model as it is cheaper and I knew down the road I wanted to modify the engine. Doing so saved myself some money and having a fast car.

Fun little car..

Of course it was a little underpowered for my needs but easily customizable so I took care of that immediately. The car is also extremely reliable and very low maintenance. It is the ideal commuter car.

Zippy!

I really love this car. The transmission is a little jumpy but I've gotten used to that. Handling is second only to my previous Mini. She can get up and go and is comfortable for long trips. My husband has a van but this car is roomy enough for him. I hope to have her for a long time.
