A good car.

I don't know how to write 200 characters to explain what I think of this car. I am a person of few words. I purchased this Volvo about Ren years ago and this is basically the only time I have had major trouble with it. I have always taken care of servicing at the proper time.

My 2004 Volvo

Great car for the price I paid for a used vehicle. Engine is outstanding and runs great with 158,000 miles. Bought it when my Camry was totally destroyed in an accident. I could have bought many other types but I was fortunate to find this one. The safety of the car is awesome!!! Volvo makes an incredible car.

Sleepers niche

Volvo R for their time did amazing. Leather, and heated seats full sound sustem. Big turbo and magetic adjustable all wheel drive that has trouble getting stuck in the snow. The recommend this vehicle is a 1 because parts for this vehicle are almost dead and costly. Take grandma to bingo then head to down some windy roads with little yaw and a smile of freedom.

Vampire?

A friend refers to my 2004 Volvo S60 as a 'vampire car,' for it seems to live forever. With closing in on 290,000 miles, this has been the most dependable, trouble-free auto I've ever owned. Of course some parts wear, yet it is amazing how some key parts--obviously the engine and transmission--just keep going and going. Not only is the dependability in its longevity, but also in the instances where it has gotten me through snow, ice, and other dangerous situations. I hope, and expect, to get another 290K miles out of it...and I hope even more.

Excellent all around car bought as a second car to run around with. Reliable and fun to drive. I would eventually like to move into a newer model year just to get more technology packages . Very high rates safe car

This is the second greast car i have owned dont get me wrong I'm a chevy man have been seance i stared driving some 30years ago when i drove this S60 i was sold.love it cant stop driving it.

Still going good

Our 2004 Volvo S60 has over 220,000 miles and still rides beautifully. It has needed only one major overhaul in 12 years and that was to the sound system. The new Kenwood aftermarket system we now have has USB, Aux and Bluetooth connectivity. The S60 has needed relatively few repairs, though when it does, Volvo parts are not inexpensive.

Best car I've ever owned

I chose this car after driving several other competitor's vehicles for comparison. This car is absolutely the best car I've ever owned. Never had a problem with it and have always enjoyed driving it.

Favorite Vehicle

I've had many vehicles in my 50 years of driving. My 2004 Volvo S60 is clearly my favorite; and I expect it to last far beyond its current 228,000 miles. It was comfortable from the beginning. However, it has not only held up extremely well; it has saved me in so many ugly driving conditions and situations due to both its handling and its all-wheel drive handling. Sure, it can use more room, and doesn't have some features other vehicles have. Yet I wouldn't trade if for anything. Love this car!!
