The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought
my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.
I am very appreciative of their great customer service and passion for cars. I will definitely come back for any future maintenance/service needs.

My car is an 2008! Other places have told me it is too old for them to work on! Pasadena Car Care has
always made me feel better with the speed, price and endurance of thier maintenance and repairs. I don't worry that when I am across the country on a desolate rode that I will brake down. I have had my daughter bring her car in for the same outstanding service and quick turn around time, that we don't have to get a bank loan to pay for.
