Recall Service
I received a recall letter for a part that was to be replaced free free of charge. I took my Mazda6 to this location. The letter stated the service would take less than an hour, and sure enough it took I think exactly one hour from arriving at the location.

Steve at services was very helpful and polite. I waited in one of the (at least) two seated TV areas. An employee at one point asked me if I wanted to watch TV (since it was off)..thoughtfulness which I appreciated.

Other than that, it was pretty much in and out after signing. I believe I did a previous recall service at this location a few years ago, and it was just as quick and easy back then too.

Just a well run service dept.
Roberta & Mike have been servicing my Tiburon for what, 10 years? They are tops in their respected fields. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service.
