I was referred to Automedics by my best friend and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, d
iagnosis and repairs of the problems I was having with my Expedition. I dropped it off and within hours I received a call with a list of repairs needed and the cost as well as a secondary list of repairs/maintenance items and how long it would probably be before I needed them done (brakes, shocks, etc.). Keith was very knowledgeable about the different issues my vehicle had and explained the problems so I could understand what was going on. We agreed upon all the major repairs and I had my vehicle back in 2 days! I really expected it to take much longer, but these miracle workers got me back on the road that quickly. My Expedition is running great! Thank you so much Jeff and Keith!
