J USA to check all systems and fluids for ware and abuse. They found a coolent leak, prepared it and tested it under pressure. The changed all fluids and changed the oil. There report was very uplifting, finding the engine to be in good shape. The cost was about what I paid to have the oil changed and the dash lights turned off on my BMW at the dealer. I am now secure in my car, and I'm proud of it. They could have told me that the car needed expensive repairs, and I would have believed them. They will be my point of repair and service for the life of my car and for future purchases. Thank you for the honest work and conversation. I'm very satisfied

I generally had a very good experience with Callie Young on the day of purchase. She was polite and
prepared with paperwork that did need some revision. Unfortunately, the survey was very specific in its questioning and my rating reflected the challenge of communication and logistics involved in selling a brand new car hot off the press to a person 50 miles away and resulted in the perception of a less than stellar effort on her part. That was not my intent. She's navigating a male-dominated environment with grace,
