John said everything could stand to get better. He did not like the $100 fee for the engine code inspection. He asked for an oil change, and the business gave him a list of suggested service. The services would cost over $1,000. He had everything checked by another business, and the list did not check out.

We very much appreciate the 4 star review, but would like clarify some information. John came in with a complaint of the transmission shifting hard. We diagnosed the vehicle and found the issue to be not transmission related, but instead was a clogged catalytic converter. We estimated the repair job and advised the customer. He then asked if we could repair the rest of the exhaust that was rotted and tied up underneath the vehicle, and also to diagnose his engine oil leak.

We estimated both of these repairs, and even walked the customer out to see the underside of his vehicle. He approved the repairs and we did them while he waited.

The services that were quoted and completed were at the request of the customer, not our own recommendations.

Since this last service, John has been back to our facility for additional work to his vehicle. And, we certainly do not want to deter him from coming back in the future.
