Prompt, reasonable, friendly
I like dealing with people I recognize. Their prices are reasonable and I appreciate knowing that if a repair wasn't quite right they would make good on it.

Oil Change/Tire Rotation
Went very well except for two things: the floor mats were not lifted for cleaning underneath and the promised coupon for $10 off was not given. The "yes" below would include a warning to check under the flor mats and ask again about the coupon.

Great Service
Great cars Made in the U.S.A.. The service personnel are friendly and so is the rest of the staff. In being a customer for the last 9 years I have had no real complaints about AllStar.

The Works package
My recent visit for a lube-oil plus tire rotation was as good as it gets. Your people at the service dept were courteous, friendly and knowlegable. They gave me a deal I couldn't resist. Plus helped me with the $10 rebate. I left with a smile on my face. Bravo, you are number one in my book!!

Not able to do oil change at the time of the appointment
Called ahead of time and made appointment for oil change. When I arrived on time, I was told that it would be a two hour wait. No attempt was made to call me to tell me that before I left home. The Service adviser fell way short on providing service.
