Linda said after the estimate was performed, the employees at this business told her it would take 3 days to repair her vehicle. However, the repair too 7 days. They found additional damage and had to wait for the parts. Her driver's seat needed to be repaired, but apparently that's a service, that they do not provide. They have a subcontractor that performs this, but they were never able to catch up with him. When she brought her vehicle in, she told them about the seat, so she would not have to bring it back. They called and left messages because they could never get her. They also sent her emails. They always treat their customers nicely. She did not communicate with them during repair process. She just communicated with the estimator.
