Rhododendron said she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, she had to call them for information. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared her estimate because she purchased the vehicle from the sales department associated with this business and so they were paying for half of the repairs. They told her it was going to be $500 and she would need to pay $250 of it. She sent Justin in to see if there was any way it could be lowered. They came out when it was ready and said she owed $735. She told them she was only paying $250 so they needed to get that straightened out. When she purchased her vehicle from the sales department they agreed she would not have to pay for anything because the vehicle needed new doors knobs, the seat heater button moved, windshield wipers replaced, the brakes serviced and the dents taken care of. The service department was just leaving her out there and she was livid because nothing was getting done, which would have been different if she were a man. Bruce got in contact with her and things started getting taken care of. This business finished everything besides the issue with the brake light coming on and the crazy noise the vehicle makes, which is supposed to be taken care of by the service department at this business. She was told by the service department she needed to take it to a Mercedes dealership for the repairs, but this business is the one who agreed to take care of it. Also, the said everything was checked out and approved by a Mercedes dealership previously. She is thankful for Bruce and Shanae helping her at this business but will be making her sixth trip the dealership for the same issues on Friday.
