Wayne said he originally spoke with Bobby about his repairs and he requested that they look at the front end of the vehicle because it was loose and he told them he wanted them to inspect the alignment. He said the staff told him they would look at the things he asked about and they would call him when the parts arrived, but after two or three weeks he had to check in with them. He asked about the front end at that time and the staff told him he needed to get a supplemental for the insurance company to approve the additional work. They told him they had not yet ordered the parts. The parts were available three days later. When the work was done he asked about the front end, the issues that he initially requested they look into were all in the police report and the insurance claim. He said he felt he should not have had to do the leg work to get the supplemental done because the work was part of the claim. They told him they could not perform the alignment inspection unless they were going to perform the alignment. He said he thought that was bull because the business should have the proper equipment to do an inspection without having to perform a repair. The work they did was perfect and the personnel were courteous, but the way it was handled was less than satisfactory. The vehicle was ready over a week late for the above reasons. He said the staff told him he missed an appointment at 3:00 pm, but he was not aware that the appointment existed. The rental company called about the extra days for the rental costs and the insurance company took care of it. He is still waiting for Bobby to call. He said they dropped the ball and they can serve him better by paying attention to detail. The business' report should match the police report and the insurance claim. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
