Betty stated she was happy with the personnel. She said Danny, Mario, and the rest of the staff provided excellent customer service. They were able to answer all of her questions as needed. She said they gave her good advice in order to get her vehicle fixed properly. She cannot see any damage and her vehicle looked brand new. The personnel were really great and she enjoyed speaking with them. The vehicle was ready about a day late because they found additional damage. The personnel worked the issue out with the insurance company. They worked out the details without having to bother her. She said the personnel made her feel comfortable with the delay and she felt she had no cause to be mad about the delay with the service.
