Adrienne said her overall experience with them could've been better. Her battery was dead, and the gas tank was almost empty. Her vehicle was clean on the inside, but the outside wasn't clean. There were dirty handprints all over the outside. She took her vehicle to the car wash and it leaked water on the inside of her vehicle. They said it had nothing to do with the accident, but she has never had a leak before. She and a friend checked out the sunroof and there was a piece sticking up that prevented the sunroof from closing all of the way. They treated her rudely. When she came to pick up her vehicle, they told her she had to have $1,000 before they could give her the vehicle. She said she thought the insurance company had to paid for it. She stated she felt she was being held hostage. She will never go there again. They never explained the claim process. She was there an hour. It took longer than promised due to an insurance company delay. She chose not to elaborate on how much longer it took. She had to call Allstate to get her rental vehicle back. She would not recommend this business due to this recent experience.
