Mykhael said the service manager was great and he loves this business but he did not appreciate parts not being ready and receiving numerous text messages and emails telling him that his vehicle was ready when it was not. He then received more text messages and emails ten days after he got his vehicle back. This was a grave software error on their behalf.

Paul said this business did a good job except that it took too long for them to complete the repairs. There is also a mark left on his vehicle. They had written on his vehicle with a grease pencil to give instructions to the mechanic. The marks are not coming off even though they tried to get it off when he pointed it out to them at the time he was picking up his vehicle. He has now washed it 2 times and it still has not come off. His vehicle was not done when this business told him. He was told it would be done that Wednesday or Thursday but it took until closing time on Friday. He was not sure of the reason for the delay. He said he was not happy with the communication he received.

Spoke with David. He said they did not get their vehicle back when promised. This business did not factor in the extra time it would take for them to paint their vehicle as well as remove the windows before they could paint it. As a result, his wife had to keep her rental car longer than she expected. The insurance company did not factor in the extra cost for the rental car as well. When they got their vehicle back they noticed 2 slits in the leather beneath the driver side window. The business attempted to repair this damage, but he and his wife were not happy with the results. The business ended up ordering a new leather panel to replace the existing one that was damaged. They were happy with the new panel and new work that was done. However, as a result of what they experienced they will not be recommending this business to others.

Angelo said the vehicle took more than 60 days to complete. The speakers on the door that was replaced did not work. The rubber lining was stretched out and is off, and they did a shoddy job on this. They also lost his floor mats. They kept giving him different dates for the vehicle to be ready and none of these meant anything because the information was not accurate. He was told they were waiting for parts or some of the parts were missing. They kept him updated but with the wrong information on when the repair would be completed. They communicated a lot but with all the wrong information and for these reasons, he would not recommend this facility. He expected more out of a BMW facility. They are reimbursing him for the floor mats.

Brenda said there were a lot of issues scheduling the appointment. She had to go back and forth between the parts and repair department. The vehicle was delayed 1.5 hours because the service department did not send the vehicle to the repair department as scheduled. There was no need to be kept informed during the repair process because she waited for the vehicle. She would recommend the business but not return to the service department for several reasons, including reasons already mentioned and the fact they could not find her appointment.

Jamie said she has been there before and this is the best experience she has ever had. She does need to return because an iDrive part does not seem to be operating properly. There was no promised time given. The vehicle was at this business for 1 month. He said it did feel like a long time but there was a part that had to be ordered. Jamie complimented her contact person for keeping her well informed.
