David said everything went great. The repairs were completed later than expected due to a parts delay but he did not elaborate on the length of the delay. Mike Smith was really helpful and very customer service oriented.

Sarah said she thought the repairs took too long, but it was a good job. Also, she said the promise date changed three times because there were a number of delays due to parts. She did not elaborate on the length of the delay. Lastly she said, the estimate from the business was fine but she did not think the insurance agent's was very good.

Abdul said everything was fine with this business and the quality of worked performed on his vehicle was good. He would not trust any other facility with his vehicle. He had to bring his vehicle back to them because the rubber on his back tailgate was not fastened all the way and there was a fresh scratch on the bumper. They told him the vehicle should have been finished on Monday. He received the vehicle four days later due to problems with the insurance company. He chose this facility because it was BMW certified. He would recommend this facility to people who own a BMW.

Samuel said this business was very polite and did an excellent job. Enterprise was also great. It was a minor repair and they were very efficient. His vehicle was ready one day early.

Nancy said the business did a great job. There was a two day delay because the business had left the radio on and the battery ran dead. She was a little upset the business would not take responsibility for it. Portions of her vehicle were missing as well.

Sharon said the pin stripes were uneven. They did them as a courtesy, but they did not do it correctly. When she brought it back, they fixed that issue. There was a problem with the door window frame along with the rest of the repairs, which were very sloppy. The business informed her every day after the promised day of completion that the repairs would be ready the next day, but on one of those days, they found an issue with her airbags. This lead to a delay, but she was not sure exactly how much longer it took. She was not satisfied with their communication because she had to call hem for updates. She would not recommend them as a result of this experience and over the reasons already mentioned.
