Maria said her vehicle sat for six to seven days before any work was started. They told her they were waiting for the paperwork from her insurance company. She was only approved for a five day rental vehicle and had to keep calling the business to receive updates. Once the repairs began, she received no calls from the business and could never get anyone on the phone but the receptionist. The day her vehicle was ready she and another customer stood outside the business for 20 minutes after the supposed opening time. No one apologized for opening late, nor did they try to explain. She had to return to the business minutes after picking the vehicle up because the tire sensor light came on. Due to this experience, she will not recommend the business.

Richard said the repairs took six weeks to do. What they did, should have only taken ten days to repair. He had to wait four extra weeks for his vehicle because they were incompetent when it came to ordering the parts. He would not recommend them because of the reasons mentioned above. This was the second bad experience he has had with them.

Andre said there were several delays late with his vehicle because the communication was not clear. He gave them a number to reach the adjustor if they had any questions, and they called the wrong number. He had to get involved with his insurance company to see what was going on and they told him no one called from the business. This slowed the process down. He had to wait an extra week for his vehicle because they told him they were waiting for parts. When he picked up his vehicle, they told him they did not release his vehicle because they were waiting for a check from the insurance company. He was not happy with the communication because of the reasons already stated.

Courtney said the work was great but the communication was not. He said he had to call the business for updates. He received the automated updates but if he wanted to speak to someone, he had to call the business. His vehicle was promised on July 3, 2014 but he did not get it until August 20, 2014. He said he knows there was one problem with a part but does not know why it was so delayed. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated for the reasons mentioned.

Jabari said Suzy went above and beyond. She was outstanding, paid attention to detail, and treated him like a valued customer. She was wonderful and kept him updated. The manager was detailed, patient, answered his questions, made sure he understood the answers and multi-tasked for him. They gave excellent customer service. Everybody was attentive, polite, respectful and wonderful. His vehicle took longer than expected because of a parts delay, additional damage and waiting on the adjuster, but he has no complaints. He found a scratch on the top of the sun roof that was not there before. It looked like somebody dropped something on it, but the bumper looks good. He will definitely go back to them, and has not received this much attention and quality of service since he has lived in the area.
