Lance said he did not have any trouble and they kept in contact with his insurance company. The repair took about two weeks longer than promised because they found additional damage and the insurance company had to approve the repair.

Erik said he was satisfied with follow through and communication. He was satisfied with the work, but the paint was scratched when the bumper was replaced. They told him they could buff out the scratch in five minutes when he came back. The insurance company caused the repairs to be delayed but he chose not to elaborate as to the length of the delay.

Muhammad said Ron, the foreman, was the man. He was the only person not playing games. Ron was able to get the work done in 2 days. Everybody else should be fired. A service person with an uncommon name was a cheater and not a good person. He held up the repairs for three months while playing games with him. He requested the service people be talked to about customer service. They should be more honest and on the side of the customer.

Gopi said the vehicle promise date was postponed 6 times. The front wheel has had a problem with shaking and it is still not properly repaired. This business did an alignment and rotation. The vehicle is not currently running because the battery was drained. He is not sure the drained battery was caused by this business. The vehicle was about 2 weeks late. This business did not call to alert him about the delays. He was not told the cause of the delays. This business did not call him to give him updates and when he picked up the vehicle there was no explanation of the work done. He was not treated well because there was no explanation of the work done. He would not recommend this business because of this experience.
