Jabari said Suzy went above and beyond. She was outstanding, paid attention to detail, and treated him like a valued customer. She was wonderful and kept him updated. The manager was detailed, patient, answered his questions, made sure he understood the answers and multi-tasked for him. They gave excellent customer service. Everybody was attentive, polite, respectful and wonderful. His vehicle took longer than expected because of a parts delay, additional damage and waiting on the adjuster, but he has no complaints. He found a scratch on the top of the sun roof that was not there before. It looked like somebody dropped something on it, but the bumper looks good. He will definitely go back to them, and has not received this much attention and quality of service since he has lived in the area.

Julia said getting hit was inconvenient but this business made her experience with them pleasant. There was a delay caused by the insurance company but she did not elaborate as to the length of the delay. They made sure she had a rental car and kept her informed of the progress of the vehicle. They gave her great customer service. She was incredibly pleased.

Marie said she was not pleased with the length of time it took to repair her vehicle. It took them two and a half months to repair due to additional damages.They also had changed the date five different times. She had a lot of issues with them. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. They only called a couple of times. They would text her when they rescheduled her vehicle. She would not recommend them after this experience.

John said this business does their job, but they do not go out of their way to do anything extra. There are a couple of spots on the vehicle and he will have to take it in to repair them. The business did not give him an official date of completion. The communication could have been better. He was informed three out of the five days it was at the business.

Melinda said the work done by the facility was great and she is very happy with what was done. There were several customer service issues, however. The facility had her vehicle for 6 weeks due to additional damage found. She did not get good feedback or responses from the facility concerning the progress of the repairs. She did get emails but she still had to call for more information. When she picked up her vehicle, the exhaust pipe in back was crooked and too low. The facility offered to fix it and said they would get her a loaner while they did. After waiting half an hour for the rental vehicle, she finally went directly to the counter but they did not know anything about her vehicle. She finally decided not to even use the rental. The facility took another week to finish just the exhaust pipe and blamed it on the insurance adjuster for not coming out quickly enough. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Sheraz said the business work is good, however they are not organized. He said the communication was not good, he had to keep calling to see when his vehicle would be ready. When he called they gave him a different day, it actually took 3 to 4 weeks for him to get his vehicle. He said the back light was not installed properly. He said the mud guard on the passenger side was not repaired because it was not on the estimate. The manager said he never asked for an estimate, however the estimator did say that it would be fixed. He said a coworker recommended him to go to the business because he had better luck with the service. Sheraz said due to this experience he would not recommend them.

Darrell said he is very disappointed with the work that was done and how long it took. He doesn't think there was any attention to detail and the quality of work that was done was very poor. He was told his vehicle was ready and he went all the way down there to find out it was not complete. The person who did his estimate did not put it in writing and was fired. He received at least 9 updates telling him what was going on with his vehicle but none of them said that it was ready and he thought the 9 updates were too much. Due to this experience he would not recommend this facility to any one.

Martin said the customer service at the business was good but the quality of work was not done to his satisfaction. The windssheild washer stopped working, his brakes still shudder when he brakes, and his trim panel for the convertible does not come up. He took his vehicle back in for the windshield washer but was informed it would cost $500. He plans to take his vehicle to a different facility due to these issues. He would not recommend this business due to this experience.
