Peggy said she did not have a good experience because she had to return her vehicle after the initial damage was repaired. Her vehicle was returned a day later than promised because this business caused additional damage. She said while the vehicle was at this facility someone else backed into it and caused a big dent. She had to leave her vehicle for an extra day, but the business gave her a vehicle to use in the meantime. She said she wouldn't recommend the business based on this experience.

Spoke with Maurene. She said when she first went to this business they told her about everything she would need to have repaired on her vehicle. The business told her that there was a lot of damage to the bumper and they would need to replace it. She said the insurance company had looked at the damage and suggested that this business should just paint over the bumper instead of replacing it. The business went ahead and painted over the bumper and did not replace it without discussing the matter with her. She said her vehicle looked awful when she went to pick it up. She said she went to pick her vehicle up two weeks after it was supposed to be ready, but she chose not to elaborate further. She said this business did not treat her as well as she expected because they could have fought the insurance company and repaired the vehicle as they agreed to do in the beginning. She said this business did not keep her informed and they did not communicate with her. They did not call her throughout the entire repair process. She said she did not know anything about the insurance company's suggestion and this business should have let her know so she could have handled that issue personally. She will not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

Spoke with Mourtazo. Mourtazo said more damage was done than good. He took his vehicle in for a dented fender. The engine light was on and the electrical seat wasn't working. Also, the turning signal was ordered 4 times and it was wrong. Instead, it should be white instead of yellow. He found the brake pedal cover lying on the floor and someone put it back on in about 5 minutes. Overall, this business didn't pay attention to detail and has no pride in their work. Instead of a 3 day job, it took 3 weeks total and it still wasn't done right. He called a different business to get the part needed for his vehicle. They provided terrible communication because he stopped by this business 4 times and when he stopped by, something was always wrong with it. They all act like crooks when it comes to the treatment. He made four unnecessary stops because the vehicle wasn't ready and it's a long commute. He wouldn't recommend this business to others because it was a horrible experience.

Patricia said this business did a great job repairing her vehicle. She said she brought her vehicle to this business where it was looked at and she was given an estimate of about $700 to repair her vehicle. She brought the vehicle in for repairs on the scheduled day and was given a phone call and told the final price would be $1428. She said she wished she would have been told this price to begin with. The entire bumper needed to be replaced which added an additional $500 to the price. Patricia said she would absolutely recommend this business.
