Srdjan said they took too long to complete the job. He saw a tire which was flat and the interior of his vehicle wasn't cleaned. He is unsure if he is satisfied with the quality of work. The work took about three weeks longer and the reason for the delay was due to getting parts. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated because they did not know when it was going to be done and they ordered wrong parts. He is unsure if he is satisfied with the communication. He would not recommend the business for the reasons mentioned.

Abdul said the work was fine. There was a four week delay but he was not told the exact reason. He had to call to get updates on his vehicle. Richard personally took care of his vehicle. There was no communication from them. The communication is the key and they failed. The only reason he will recommend the business is due to his past experience. He spoke with the general manager and he turned it all around.

Yshwazewed said the facility did a good job but it took a little longer than he had expected. The facility had his vehicle for a month due to parts being shipped from Germany.

Anne said she is waiting for the manager to call her back regarding the rental situation because Enterprise wants to charge for the extra days that the repair took. She is not happy with the quality because she was told she was getting a new bumper but it was only fixed. The person told her she definitely needed a new one. The repair was delayed about four or five days later than promised and she does not know the reason. She had to be calling them on the status and did not receive a call or email from them. She was not satisfied with the estimate because she was told she would be getting a new bumper. She was not happy with the communication because she was not kept informed, they are not organized and they do not seem to know what they are doing. She called to speak to the manager and the person who answered the phone could not provide her with any information. She will not be recommending this facility for these reasons.

Jerry said this business did not do a one hundred percent job. He had to take his vehicle back to them because he got a warning light that a light bulb was out. He soon found out the driver side rear door handle light was not showing because it was pushed back. They fixed the light but since he had to take it back, it represented a lack of quality control. He waited an additional two days for his vehicle because they were still painting it.

Paras said it took a month and 3 days to get his vehicle repaired. She borrowed someone else's vehicle during that time. It was supposed to be ready in a week instead. She was told some of the management was out of town. She called to see what was happening. The vehicle wasn't fixed right when she got it back because the battery indicator light came on. She waited about 3 hours to have it fixed. Overall, it was a horrible experience. She didn't appreciate the delays and she had to keep following up, which she said frustrated her. She wouldn't recommend them because it was a bad experience. They need to keep customers informed and they need to provide a loaner vehicle if a delay happens.

Khatrina said the body work on the driver side isn't matching the other side of the vehicle. There was a 2 week delay due to them having a problem with the sensors. The communication was excellent but it wasn't accurate. She will not recommend the business due to the reasons mentioned previously.

Albert said they kept pushing back the ready date. His vehicle was ready three business days later than expected because they had to order a radiator. It was hard to reach the mechanic. He would call and the receptionist told him he would be called back, but was not.

Solomon said the vehicle really looks good. They went above and beyond. When they noticed the vehicle leaking oil they had the service department take care of the leak. The oil leak was fixed within the warranty. The vehicle was delayed two to three weeks. There was an issue getting parts due to the weather. Also, additional damages were found. They had to wait for a supplementary invoice from the insurance company.

Roberto said There is paint dripping under the hood and the front grill was supposed to be replaced with the original one and it was not. He is very unhappy with the fact that his due date was changed at least four different times. It was ready two weeks after the initial date he was given. He was given so many excuses that he could not keep up with them. He finally got mad and they gave him his vehicle back. He had to get the rental back before he was going to have to pay for it. They offered to pay for it but that was not the point. His estimate was revised twice. He had to make all the calls and they were not returned. When he called the lady at the front desk and asked to speak with Ritchie, she thought she had put him on hold but she did not so he heard her talking to him. She then got back on the phone and told him that Ritchie was out of the office. He called her out and told her he heard her talking to him. He will not recommend them due to this experience.

Gregory said the length of time this business had the vehicle was much longer than promised. The repair took 35 days. The vehicle was returned with a light that did not work properly. Gregory took the vehicle to another business and had them repair the light. Nothing was wrong with the light but it was not plugged in. This business was supposed to do an alignment but this was not done and the same business that repaired the light also performed the alignment. The promise time was two weeks and it was late by a little more than two weeks. This business did not call to alert Gregory to a delay.They gave varying reasons why the vehicle was not ready. This business would tell him the vehicle was ready and he could pick it up the next day, but when the time came the vehicle would not be ready and another reason would be given for a delay. This was repeated and causes for the delay began to sound untruthful. He became irritated with this. Gregory initiated phone calls to this business for updates and he was able to talk to personnel. He would not recommend this business because of the lateness of the vehicle and the workmanship issues.

Veerayuoh said they did a pretty good job, but the representative was ill and on sick leave, and they did not update him very much. Therefore, he was not kept informed during the repair process. Later on, he was informed.
