Sreeroop said his estimator was not up front with him about cost. She changed the price a couple of times. There was a four day delay and there was not an explanation given. The first week they kept him informed then by the second week he had to call to get updated. The estimator kept changing the cost and he did not feel she was very honest. He said he felt the communication was very weak. There were issues when they went to pick up the vehicle that they knew about and did not correct them before calling him to pick up the vehicle. He would not recommend them to others for reasons stated and will not use them again.

Spoke with Tonya. She said the service this business provided was satisfactory. She had an estimate given by another business prior, but when she brought her vehicle to them they caught other things the previous business didn't and that alone gave her the confidence that she needed to know that their service was going to be up to par.

Mark said this business does a great job, they are efficient and they were sure to take care of everything he needed in a timely manner. His vehicle was not returned to him until three weeks later than the anticipated time he was given. This was not their fault and it was due to the insurance along with the payment process.

Marek said the time to do the repairs seemed too long for him, and then more damage was found and they had to order parts, but the vehicle was ready the day the parts came in. He does not recall how late it was. He said they are a BMW facility and his vehicle is a BMW so he thought they would be best.
