Jarrar said he asked to be updated once a week and he wasn't. He stated his visit took an additional month and a half due to additional work being found. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process because he was never called. He said he wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because he believes the estimator lowered the price so the vehicle didn't have to be totaled. He mentioned that is why he wasn't satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel. He said he wasn't satisfied with the businesser vehicle to this business for repairs she lost her cross.
