Sreeroop said his estimator was not up front with him about cost. She changed the price a couple of times. There was a four day delay and there was not an explanation given. The first week they kept him informed then by the second week he had to call to get updated. The estimator kept changing the cost and he did not feel she was very honest. He said he felt the communication was very weak. There were issues when they went to pick up the vehicle that they knew about and did not correct them before calling him to pick up the vehicle. He would not recommend them to others for reasons stated and will not use them again.
