Nicholas said he appreciates the work from the business and how clean his vehicle was when returned to him. The repair was more expensive than he expected and he felt like they were trying to milk the insurance company for whatever they could get out of them. They told him they would have his vehicle done within a couple of days, and it took them a week and a half. He was not sure why it was delayed. They never called him during the process to inform him when his vehicle would be ready.
