Justin said the business scheduled his appointment on Tuesday and said it might be done on Friday. He mentioned he had to get a rental vehicle and when Friday came around he did not hear anything from the business. He called and the business advised him it would be done by the end of the day. He then called back later to confirm the time of pick up and the business advised him the vehicle was finished but just needed to be cleaned that would be a two hour process. He was not satisfied with his treatment because he thought the business was lying to him and if they would have told him what was going on he would not have been mad. He stated he picked up the vehicle the following Monday and the vehicle had not been thoroughly cleaned. He was not satisfied with communication and would not recommend for reasons already stated.
