Bharat said his vehicle was delayed by 3 days but the whole experience was so frustrating that he would not even have the needed service here. He called every day to check on the vehicle and no one told him about delays because the business did not inform the insurance company of needed parts to get their approval. He called the day before he was to receive the vehicle and was told it would be ready that afternoon. He dropped off the rental vehicle and then found out the business had not even got the approval from the insurance company to order a part needed for the sunroof. He said the communication at this business is absolutely terrible and he would not recommend them to anyone.
