Rana said it took 2 weeks longer than the promised set date because they were waiting on parts. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because the lady that worked the front desk told her they lost all her files and couldn't find anything under her name. She told her she could not help her out with the rental either. Other than that a person from the accountant desk helped her out and called her insurance to fax all the needed information and got her a rental vehicle.
