Salvatore said he is very upset because the final bill was much higher than the price they quoted. He said when he went in to get the quote he was never asked to sign any paperwork and everything was done verbally. His vehicle was ready two days late and he dropped it off two days early so he would not run into any problems with parts orders. He said he was told the delay was caused by their service department and it was out of their control. He said he expected more professionalism out of this business. He will not recommend this business to any one. He said he had recommend it to his brother, but because of this visit he's going to tell him to go somewhere else.
