Maureen said her overall experience with them could've been a little better. There was a problem with the door that was hit. The problem wasn't resolved and she had to go back. Everything is fine now. Her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. It was 2 weeks late. She was out of town at the time when it was ready. Her husband had to pick it up. The business tried to get a reconditioned part, but they ended up putting in a new one. She doesn't think she had any shop communication. Their location was also close for her.
