Jose said his experience was great, but the business could be better coordinated as far as when the vehicles are done. He was not told when the vehicle would be ready. He was not kept informed during his repair. He was not satisfied with the communication because he had to call the business about his vehicle. When he called they told him that his vehicle was ready. He chose this business because he owns a BMW and this business is the closest to his home.
