Sabu said one of the windows is not operating properly and this business told him it is a common problem with these vehicles. The business is charging him for the work. He said he does not feel it is right because the issue seems to be a manufacturing problem. He was not satisfied with the body work because the window is not working properly and one of the rear brakelights was not properly installed. The rear brakelight is hanging loose inside the vehicle. He did not notice the problem until other vehicles were honking at him for not signaling turns. The vehicle was a week and a half late because a technician had to be brought in for some of the work. The business did not call to alert him about the delay. He did not receive any updates after the first day. He had to call the business for information. He will not recommend this business because they wanted to charge him for the problem with the window. He said he has spoken to a service manager and the manager is having him bring the vehicle back in for proper repair.
